PRE-EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS

At Charmonde Cane Manpower Corporation, we take document verification seriously as part of our strict pre-employment process. Each applicant is required to present valid government-issued identification, such as:

  • Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO)
  • Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certification
  • Passport (if available)
  • Barangay Clearance or Police Clearance
  • Other valid government IDs

All submitted documents undergo authenticity verification before an applicant proceeds to the next stage. Any forged or falsified documents result in immediate disqualification and possible reporting to authorities, in line with our commitment to maintain honesty, transparency, and professionalism in every hiring process.   • This examination screens for infectious and chronic diseases to ensure that every maid we deploy is physically fit and medically cleared for household service.
  • Applicants who fail the medical test are not deployed and are instead advised to seek medical treatment and rest before reapplying.

Because our applicants live in the same facility during the selection process, we maintain strict health and sanitation protocols to safeguard everyone’s well-being.

NBI CLEARANCE

TRAINING (LECTURE & HANDS-ON)

Protecting Your Household Help and Ensuring Legal Compliance

At Charmonde Maid Agency, we strictly follow the Kasambahay Law (RA 10361) to ensure both employers and maids are treated fairly, legally, and with respect. This law governs the employment of household helpers in the Philippines, covering salaries, benefits, working conditions, and rights.

KEY PROVISIONS FOR EMPLOYERS AND MAIDS

Minimum Wage Compliance

  • Employers must pay the minimum wage set by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
  • Wages are regular, fair, and documented.

Working Hours & Rest Days

  • Maximum of 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
  • One rest day per week, unless agreed otherwise with compensation.

Mandatory Benefits

  • Social Security System (SSS) contributions
  • PhilHealth coverage
  • Pag-IBIG Fund contributions
  • 13th-month pay

Leave & Holidays
